I am extremely disappointed with my purchase from Oliver Cabell. After my pre-ordered sneakers, arrived months late and were too small, I was told that I could not return them because I was beyond the 30 -day return period as I received them while traveling for business. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service with no responses, I made a second mistake and ordered two more pairs, hoping they would fit because I really liked the design. Again, I was wrong, this time they were too big, obviously sizing is a problem, but the lack of customer service is the biggest issue because now I’m stuck with 3 pairs of expensive sneakers that don’t fit. Oliver Cabell has great marketing but NO customer service.
