I placed my order (international Canada/US) after reading the reviews regarding sizing and felt confident that I had selected the correct size. However, when the shoes arrived they were too small. I returned them, paid the shipping and requested an exchange. The company policy for exchanges is you must re-order rather than it be automatically processed. That took some logistics to figure it out, and I do appreciate that the customer service was quick to respond to my queries. However, the company policy of not issuing a full refund (partial is offered, or the choice to exchange) is why I will never order from them again. The cost alone of their products indicates a luxury brand, yet the partial refund indicates otherwise. I acknowledge I did not read the full policy prior to ordering, and had I done that, I would certainly have reconsidered ordering in the first place. Combining the exchange, return costs, and double the exhorbinant duty charges, this was a very very expensive transaction. The shoes, though very nice, are not entirely comfortable, but I will not be returning them after all this expense. I am quite disappointed in my overall experience.
