I wrote a bad review and wanted to delete and write a new one. I couldn't give 5 stars completely because it did take me quite a bit of time to get in touch with a customer care team member. So that's definitely an issue they need to work on. I had ordered a shoe that was not in stock. I got it as a Christmas gift. It took weeks to hear back which had me worried maybe I had been scammed out of $300. We all know shopping with a new company online can make you anxious. However, after a few weeks of desperate email attempts, they finally reached back out. They were very kind and explained what had happened with my order. Offered me a different pair which I accepted. But right before before the shipping, the original pair I had ordered came back in stock. So my order will be here in time for Christmas. Which is all I really wanted. So I can claim the company did not scam me. As far as quality of shoe, I am assuming is good. If not, I will come back to say so.
