Poor customer service

I ordered a pair of shoes on Nov. 25 (this is the 4th pair of shoes that I’ve bought) and after 3 weeks, I had heard nothing about the delivery. These were bought as a Christmas present, so I figured that these would be delivered in plenty of time since there was no mention about delays. I tried contacting the customer service department to find out when I could expect delivery but got no response. It took 4 emails, and another week, for someone to respond(Niel). At this point, I was informed that the shoes wouldn’t be available until March. This is unacceptable, not just the poor customer service but also the delay of delivery. I’m a big fan of Oliver Cabel shoes, but because of this experience, I’ll probably won’t be buying any more shoes from them.
