Customer Service Dept a complete joke. Disputed quality of trainers due to loose threading, was told to send back and will refund. Once they received, would not offer the refund and said there was nothing wrong with the trainers. Worst purchasing experience ever!! This took 11 months to work through as the customer service dept wait approx 4 weeks to respond even though auto email says 3-4days. Shocking company!!
