I was hesitant at first due to numerous negative ratings on delivery, customer service, etc. But my own experience was great! I ordered online during the blackout friday. I messaged customer service that hopefully i wont experience delays in shipment and they were very responsive. Delivery took a while since i am in the other side of the globe but i was able to track shipment. The product is of very good quality. Cushioning is minimal which is expected of the type of shoes. But the sizing based on the reco in the site is spot on and the shoes is actually roomy on the inside.Overall im happy with my purchase!
