The shipping took a long time but no update. When I asked for an update, the response took 3 days. It got me worried that if it were a fraudulent online shop. The response was system error. If it was then you should keep clients updated frequently, let them know proactively about the shipping status. Jaz was good but the system was inefficient. All they know is to send me marketing emails, bombarded my mailbox.
