Would never purchase from here again. Ordered at the very end of August. Sale was processed first day of September and after way too much following up from me, received the sneakers early December. Then needed to exchange the size and sent them RIGHT BACK and it took a bunch of following up again to finally get the new pair shipped out (actually took making a BBB complaint). Not the customer service I’d expect for a pair of sneakers that retailed for over $300. Actual shoes are nice, but very strange that the laces they came with are literally too short to even tie! We decided to keep them as honestly, I don’t want to have to go through all of this again to get a refund, but now we also have to purchase a pair of laces long enough that my husband can tie them (strangest thing that they came with such short laces).
