Beautiful, elegant alarm clock that feels solid, and is completely quiet. A dream! It only needs 1 standard AA battery to work: great. I also like the little light that comes up if you lift slightly the alarm lock at night in the dark to see the time: not obnoxious and quite useful. The company was very responsive when I needed help ordering it online to be shipped to me in the USA: a few direct emails solved the ordering problem.
