I have bought several items from the Oliver Wicks site (shirts, chinos, shoes, ties, scarves) and I have always been satisfied with the quality of their products, which is top-notch. I also have to commend the company's customer service, which is always helpful and courteous. Finally, the sizing and craftsmanship of their made-to-measure garments is spot on. I am very pleased with it.
I ordered a suit for my son’s wedding. I was a little nervous at first about ordering a suit online but the whole process was smooth and easy, with helpful support staff. The suit looks great, with a much better fit than any off- the-shelf suit I have worn. The suit needed a minor alteration and the company covered that without question. No surprises: just good quality, delivered on time, and with helpful assistance.
I custom built a three peace suit as I had three weddings this year August and September. The process of taking measurements and picking styles was lengthy but worth it in the end. I needed assistance from a friend to help me with all my measurements. Being as thorough and detailed as possible because I wanted to get everything right the first time. This was also my first time custom building a suit from a website. Carissa from Oliver Wicks was a phenomenal help. Always responsive and asked great questions to make this process easier. They gave me the option if I needed to make any alterations up to $125. I highly recommend purchasing and custom building a suit with Oliver Wicks as they take the worry away for you.
