Awful Customer Service - Avoid
Awful Customer Service. I have been trying to arrange a return. They had offered 60 day returns, but when you request a return they ask for reasons and photos and then they don’t respond at all.

I decided to place an order for a few items for both of us. As a new customer, I received a 10% discount coupon, and combined with post-Christmas sales, it led to excellent deals. I submitted my order but made two mistakes. I reached out to the company using the contact details provided in the email and on the site. The representative, Margarette, resolved everything promptly and was incredibly kind. Since this was technically my second order, I lost the 10% coupon for my first order. Margarette took care of that as well and refunded me the 10%. Thanks to the company's responsive and patient customer service and their quality products, we are now lifelong customers.
I encountered a problem with the lock mechanism on my keyring purchased over a year ago. I inquired about purchasing a new part or if I needed to buy a new one. Mae was extremely helpful and sent me a new keyring at no charge, which I greatly appreciate. I was not expecting that level of service. Prompt and courteous assistance. Thank you, Mae and the team. I am quite frustrated with the customer service. I emailed about a warranty for a broken product, requesting a replacement. It took ages to get a response, and while I was waiting, I added items to my cart. When I logged into my account, it automatically completed my purchase, even though I was still awaiting a reply. When they finally responded, they offered a refund instead of sending a replacement, but wouldn't refund the shipping. I insisted on a replacement, but they only issued a partial refund and sent the items in my cart. Unfortunately, the clip sent was not the correct one I needed. I emailed again asking for the right clip and they are still taking days to respond. I’m really disappointed. It's frustrating that a $40 clip broke in less than a year, and the customer service has been lacking. Update: I was contacted by another team member who issued a full refund and is sending the correct clip. I appreciate the resolution!
My package was issued via a courier that lost it on December 20th. I reached out to customer service and received a prompt reply. Ian was very helpful in getting my items reissued quickly, keeping me updated about stock availability. I have a new delivery on the way with a different courier, though it won't arrive before Christmas, the service for replacements was still quick.

My order wasn't delivered due to the courier and it took several weeks and multiple emails to get a response. There is no live chat, just messages left. However, once I finally received a reply, the service was very good, and I was offered a replacement or a refund.
