I am still very excited to receive my dress in a month here soon, but I am a little nervous about the communication from the company. When I first purchased my dress I was supposed to have received an email from one of their coordinators who would be confirming my order/any special requests and would walk me through the process. Two weeks passed and I didn't receive any email except the automated one saying my payment was submitted. This was surprising and nerve-wracking since I did my research and many people have said they are very communicative. However, it took about a week to get in contact with them; I tried their Facebook messenger, Instagram DM, and email with no response, which their website says they check frequently. Finally I got a response saying the order is confirmed but I have not gotten anything else for over a month. I am sure when they start production on my dress I will get more communication, but this waiting and struggle to get a real person to answer me is making me nervous. I am still very excited about my (hopefully!) dream dress, but I wonder if my order has fallen through the cracks. But I still love Olivia Bottega! If anything changes when my dress is in production I will definitely raise my experience rating.
