UPDATE: Really disapointed, the reply below was just for public show. They have not tried to resolve the issue at all or replied to me. The dress was custom made but doesn't fit and was far too long. There is no refund process so you are stuck with it.Edit. Thanks for your email, I have responded and just waiting for a reply.
