Caution when ordering from this service. I ordered a bracelet for my daughter for Christmas, and it took weeks to arrive. When it finally did, I found it to be incredibly small. I didn't realize that the only size available was 7 inches. How is that possible? My daughter, who is a petite size 8, couldn't even fasten it. I even tried it on a toddler, and it was still too small. I measured the bracelet, and it actually measures only 6 inches, not the 7 inches that was advertised. My only options are to return it to Australia and pay for shipping or accept a 20% refund. I would definitely not order from this service again. It's unfortunate because the bracelet is really nice; it's just disappointing that they can't get the sizes right.
