Returned jewellery after Christmas as Daughter didn’t like. Spoke to customer services who advised me, sent back recorded delivery to Australia (£18) and have since had parcel returned to sender (me) and no response from Olivia jewellery. So £121 + £18 it has cost me so far. Very poor customer service and returns
The delivery was delayed, and I had to continually follow up. It finally arrived, but unfortunately, the rings were a size too small. I attempted to initiate a return, but it was futile. There was no phone support or physical address, just an email option where my requests went unaddressed. I simply wanted to return two rings and order a larger size. It felt like a wasted effort with no clear complaints process. I felt deceived and would recommend avoiding this platform.
I had higher hopes for this order. After waiting six weeks for five items, I received products that fell short of expectations. The necklaces are of such poor quality that the birthstones are tiny and barely discernible in color. They arrived tangled, making it a lengthy process to sort them out. The bracelet is lovely but far too small, likely only suitable for an infant. The earrings are the only somewhat wearable item, yet they too are quite small.
Caution when ordering from this service. I ordered a bracelet for my daughter for Christmas, and it took weeks to arrive. When it finally did, I found it to be incredibly small. I didn't realize that the only size available was 7 inches. How is that possible? My daughter, who is a petite size 8, couldn't even fasten it. I even tried it on a toddler, and it was still too small. I measured the bracelet, and it actually measures only 6 inches, not the 7 inches that was advertised. My only options are to return it to Australia and pay for shipping or accept a 20% refund. I would definitely not order from this service again. It's unfortunate because the bracelet is really nice; it's just disappointing that they can't get the sizes right.
I just received my jewellery pieces and I'm in love with both the packaging and the necklaces. I purchased the initial and birthstone month as gifts for a friend, and I even received free necklaces as a bonus. It was such a delightful surprise, and I will certainly be ordering again. These make for wonderful gifts and are fantastic to have!

I plan to order four more for upcoming birthdays, and since my friends will all have one, I definitely need to get one for myself as well. 😌✨
