At the time of purchasing a black Puffer Jacket this Company states they were based in Netherlands, although they are not a registered company there. The jacket arrived and was about 5 sizes too big. When I came to contacting them for a refund I was offered various % refunds which were declined until they got to a 50% discount or return the item to China! I was then backed into a corner as I would probably have been without a coat and refund had I tried to return it, so I had to settle for 50% refund. Yes, I got to keep the coat (which was thinner than any of my jumpers) but it didn't fit and I'm too embarrassed by it to sell on. (who knows how long or how much the return would have been)I would not recommend and would not buy from them again. I usually check the reviews, must have been a busy day for me.
