Warning: Misleading return policy – The "China Return Trap"I am writing this to warn other UK shoppers about Olivia Rosa (GE Zorgt). I purchased a jumpsuit that arrived significantly "not as described", the belt buckle and sleeves looked nothing like the photos online.Despite their website listing a business address in the Netherlands and offering a "30-day return policy", they refuse to provide a local or European return address. Instead, they are demanding I ship the item back to China at my own expense and pay all international customs fees.They initially tried to "negotiate" by offering a 35% refund, then 50%, to avoid a full return. This is a clear attempt to make the return process so expensive and difficult that customers give up. Their website makes NO mention of returns going to China or the customer being liable for international customs.I have reported this company to UK Citizens Advice and the Dutch ACM for unfair commercial practices and have initiated a chargeback with Metro Bank. Avoid this site, what you see is not what you get, and they do not honor UK Consumer Rights.
