We went for a level 3 survey and it was extremely detailed and precise with estimates for costs included in the survey too. The survey was worth every penny and we are very appreciative. We recently employed the services of Olivia Thomas Estates Ltd to carry out a Level 3 building survey on a property which we are hoping to buy. From start to finish, our surveyor, Bianca Cullis, was incredibly professional and approachable. She conducted a thorough survey at the property and produced a very detailed report that more than exceeded our expectations. Not only was Bianca able to carry out the survey within our desired timescale, but her extensive knowledge and expertise were also evident throughout the process. After the report was delivered to us, Bianca convened a 90 min follow-up meeting by Zoom to go through everything highlighted, point by point. We were very impressed with her attention to detail and her ability to communicate complex information in a clear and understandable manner. She was far more responsive to my enquiry AND offered a better priced compared to all the big-name surveyors I was considering, whilst also filling me with far more confidence that she would do a good job than those companies did. This was only further enforced when she offered to review the survey results with me on a call, something no other company offered!
