From start to finish, our surveyor, Bianca Cullis, was incredibly professional and approachable. She conducted a thorough survey at the property and produced a very detailed report that more than exceeded our expectations. Not only was Bianca able to carry out the survey within our desired timescale, but her extensive knowledge and expertise were also evident throughout the process. After the report was delivered to us, Bianca convened a 90 min follow-up meeting by Zoom to go through everything highlighted, point by point. We were very impressed with her attention to detail and her ability to communicate complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
