This experience was absolutely awful, and judging by the other reviews, it seems to be a common issue. The products were subpar; I couldn't even fit my head through the turtleneck openings, and they looked nothing like the pictures online. The return policy was similar to others, and when I reached out, they offered 20% back without a return, which would have cost me $116. With the deduction, the 20% was better than nothing. Also, be cautious as there are other sellers online with identical products, suggesting multiple store names. I will not be returning.
