If I could give this negative stars, I would. This company is a total scam. They are not some small, charming boutique but a company that's based in China. When the gorgeous sweater I ordered online arrived, I was flabbergasted at the shoddy quality. The sleeves, which should have been long and past my wrists barely went past my elbows. The neckline was irregular and the workmanship (the knitting) was so bad. When I tried to return it, I was told that they could give me 10% partial refund (they issue a 10% refund while you keep the item), they can give me a 50% store credit, or I can get a full refund if I return the item and pay for shipping myself. Uh...no. Shipping to China isn't cheap.
