I have not received my package. I sent an email and got no response. The shipping service cannot track the item. I paid in full and have received nothing, with no reply to my email. It was supposed to ship in two days, but it has been over a week, and I still don’t have the panettone. I must clarify, there has been no reply to my email. The tracking states it shipped on December 2nd and is now lost. While I appreciate your response here, I would like a reply either by phone or email to resolve this issue. I have ordered before without problems and loved the product, but the communication regarding this issue has been very poor.
