The panettone is truly delightful! My only piece of feedback is that you have to pay extra for a gift card, and the process on the website for filling them out isn't very user-friendly. I sent three as gifts this holiday season, as I have in the past, and had to inform the recipients that they were from me since no gift card was included. I'm also puzzled as to why there's an additional charge for a gift card in today's digital age.
Order placed on 12/9, and I'm losing faith in the reviews I read. I was looking forward to enjoying authentic panettone for Christmas, but the package seems to be delayed here in the USA. It didn’t feel like it was being shipped from Italy since I was dealing with a local seller. 🤷🏻♀️ I will provide an update once it arrives.
I have not received my package. I emailed the support team and received no response. The tracking information shows that the item is lost. I paid in full and still have no product. It was supposed to arrive within two days, but it has been over a week without the panettone. I must clarify that there has been no reply to my email. The tracking indicates it was shipped on December 2nd and is now lost. While I appreciate the response here, I would like a reply either by phone or email to resolve this issue. I have previously ordered without any problems and loved the product, but the communication regarding this situation has been lacking.
I discovered this service last year through a prominent publication in the fall of 2024. I ordered four different panettones for dear friends based on the outstanding review it received. All my friends were thrilled with it. I tasted one at my brother's home, and it was truly delightful. My friends insisted that this should be our Christmas gift from me. So, here I am, a year later, ordering four again. Absolutely delicious. "The best I have ever had," as my brother put it.
We adore this panettone. Living in the US often means missing the incredible Italian food from my childhood. Now, we can order a panettone that surpasses those bought in Italy. Thank you for delivering your wonderful product to Hawaii!
