I have not received my package. I emailed the support team and received no response. The tracking information shows that the item is lost. I paid in full and still have no product. It was supposed to arrive within two days, but it has been over a week without the panettone. I must clarify that there has been no reply to my email. The tracking indicates it was shipped on December 2nd and is now lost. While I appreciate the response here, I would like a reply either by phone or email to resolve this issue. I have previously ordered without any problems and loved the product, but the communication regarding this situation has been lacking.
