As I've been stated by several people you do not get your money back and they do not cancel a subscription that you did not even check the box to receive the subscription. I'm under the 90 day warranty to get my money back and they refuse to pay me and then they have sent me something else and charged my card now they're telling me it is canceled I won't receive another anything else but they got another product that will be on its way to me I didn't order those I do not want them.
Here's the thing.... Why make everybody miserable so you can make money that is ridiculous you should be held accountable for your guarantee return the money and I will return your products that do not work.

SCAMMERS. They will send you a subscription even when you check off NO. They won't answer the phone. The product is poor quality. When you cancel via email you receive unprofessional email responses and they still will not cancel the subscription that they began. Despite their 90 day satisfaction money back guaranty - they will only offer it on non subscription items. Since you didn't initiate a subscription so you don't know you have one - they sneak out two more charges which they say you can not dispute it or get your money back. They charge twice on the first day and you are completely unaware of the 2nd charge which is the 1st subscription charge. TOTAL SCAM.
They signed me up for a subscription even when I didn't want one and then would not cancel it until the second order shipped. Terrible AI customer service and won't make it right. I haven't even tried the product but very disappointed in the experience.
I ordered two bottles, declined all other offers. A month later I got another two bottles. However I tried I couldn't get through to them. I called them, emailed them but got no respond, I don't need it. (They're crazy overpriced) and I have no way to return it to get my money back. This was an unauthorized order. They are big liars, scammers you name it.
I bought just one bottle last year of the serum to try it out based on what the adds told me. Unfortunately it does nothing and i do not see anything different in my lines on my forehead and wrinkles. I told them that and i have asked my money back as i did not get what i paid for. I have send them repeat messages and how i used the product. it does not do any better than a product i buy from the dollar tree store, so far i have not received my money back. I am very disappointed.
Ordered January , credit card cleared Jan. 13th, called contacted customer service, they gave me a tracking # that would nt work. contacted them again agent tried the # and said as of 2022 we can't find it. when I told her i ordered it in january 2026, she said there was a problem with the tracking system, and she could not say when it wd arrive. asked for refund,, told no because product was shipped.
It did nothing at all once again and this company is still popping up online with their lies this productabout .It’s a scam and they offer to bus also on many more sites like TikTok ,eBay and others.
