Steer clear of this company! They marketed themselves as a family business selling handmade, glass animal designs, but what I received were two awful plastic cats. I contacted them before buying to confirm their UK location, but later learned that the products are shipped from Asia. I feel completely deceived by their misleading advertisement. I have reached out for a refund, or I will escalate the issue. I'm extremely frustrated.
