Additionally, the legs and stomach of the dog didn’t light up at all. I tried to return the item, but unfortunately, the seller was unhelpful since I bought it in October and only opened it on Christmas morning. Overall, the quality was very poor, and the entire experience was quite disappointing, leaving me feeling financially burdened.

This is a total scam. I’m currently trying to figure out how to return an item, but they’ve been evasive about it and only offered a 30% refund. The items do not match their descriptions. Don’t be misled by the appealing ads. They even put the original sticker on the box, making it clear that I received a subpar product. It's unfortunate as this has made me wary of small businesses.
Steer clear of this company! They marketed themselves as a family business selling handmade, glass animal designs, but what I received were two awful plastic cats. I contacted them before buying to confirm their UK location, but later learned that the products are shipped from Asia. I feel completely deceived by their misleading advertisement. Do not purchase from this company. I ordered what I believed to be a dachshund lamp, but it looks nothing like one and is quite disappointing. They offered me a paltry £4.49 refund! I will be contacting my credit card company to seek a refund.

I requested confirmation that the lamp is 'handcrafted' as advertised, but they have avoided answering, likely because they know their claims are false. This company is a complete scam. They claim to be closing down while selling low-quality lamps at inflated prices. I ordered what was supposed to be a border collie lamp, but it arrived looking nothing like a border collie and was of very poor quality. They stated that I could return it at my own expense to Asia. They offered a minimal discount, which they later increased to 40%, but they refuse to give a full refund. The issue lies entirely with the company, not me, so avoid them at all costs!
