Closed acct and suddenly they tack on more fees. Then told fees waved but this wasnt true. They never could locate my bank and never shared this causing more fees. Reported to BBB. Incompetent staff that lie to consumers. DO NOT USE OLLO. ITS A SCAM
Although I'm a new client of ollo and have had to go through several different credit cards already because of suspicious and fraudulent charges. I have found the experience to be very good so far. Possibly the security might be a little bit better and the response time for sending out credit cards renewals might be shortened by a Express Mail option
