Ivan was professional and tenacious in his dealings with me, he was so patient even after I turned down some cars he suggested, he went beyond and above call of duty to assist to get me a car that I eventually like and bought,

Spoken to 2 different people from this place and they’re just plain rude. Asked for a call back yesterday and she just hung up the phone and didn’t bother calling back when requested. Today I asked for a quote as I had been offered elsewhere, she couldn’t beat it so hung up the phone. I work in sales myself and this is typical ‘spitting your dummy out’ behaviour
