My experience with them has been horrible. They dropped the ball big time!!! I signed up with them and was given a time line, 2 week till website launch. Provided everything requested. 3 week mark i reach out, no response. 4 weeks, i get a brush off email response, 5 weeks nothing, 6 weeks Get a call from a different account manager stating that the previous person is no longer with the company.Everything i sent her was apparently lost because i had to resubmit everything again. Not to mention changes i requested were not even done from the 1st Acct Mgr so literally all that time nothing was done!!Needless to say website designers were horrible, selected the worst pics and were just down right lazy!!! Horrible jobEither way Ive paid for 2 month already with nothing to show. Google page they claimed they would set up was a blank canvas and guess i had to do all the work even tho they were paid to do it. They offered a measly month free which after more bad work i decided to reject.Told them to keep the free month and just give me a refund and ill move on. I was told that they don't do refunds. Mind you the pretty much did nothing for a full 2 months yet i don't get any type of refund?? Not even 1 month? IF YOU KNOW WHAT IS GOOD FOR YOU STAY AWAY FROM OLLY OLLY!!!!
