Package arrived at an unacceptable temperature

I ordered a caviar gift box, scheduled for delivery by the 23rd. The delivery delay was one issue, but the more alarming problem was that the caviar arrived warm, with the ice packs completely melted! Initially, the delivery date changed to the 30th, but it showed up on the 27th in a box that was not cold at all, rendering the caviar inedible. We were really looking forward to this order and never expected it to arrive warm!
