I feel embarrassed for purchasing from this seller. I received a coupon for 10% off my next order, but it said it had already been used. There were no terms or conditions indicating it was a one-time use. I contacted the company, but they were unhelpful. I believe in eco-friendly products, which they deliver, but their handling of coupons is absolutely unethical. This has been a consistent issue, and they need to be honest. I work in customer service, and I would have offered the discount if a customer called about this. If you claim to run an eco-friendly business, you should address these issues and rectify them, but they have not. Perhaps they will learn eventually.
