The score was given because customer service and the quality of the caviar is excellent. I wish Dry ice vs the packets would be used for shipping. It seems my box is never as cold as it should be. Other companies I’ve shopped with for seafood and caviar are packaged with dry ice and still 100% COLD at arrival. We are in Louisiana so the temps here are much warmer than other places that the ice packs may work better.
