New customer and I’m super impressed. My order was a bit delayed, but I received numerous personal updates about it. When the thongs came, they were of obvious good quality. Good weight to the fabric and very seamless. I realized though that I had ordered the wrong size (which was entirely my own fault - or maybe wishful thinking on my part!). Customer service worked with me immediately and without question to exchange them - frankly I was expecting a run around and got absolutely the opposite. Thanks!
