I used Olora in the past and loved the fit of the high rise thongs and they became my gym staple. I was really disappointed when I tried the mid rise and felt they were so much smaller than the high rise so got in contact about a return or exchange. Chloe and Emily were so helpful, replied quickly and organised the new delivery. The delivery isn’t the fastest, but the customer service makes up for it.
My order arrived today, and I was pleasantly surprised by how soft the high-rise thongs are! After my Pilates session, I quickly switched out my previous thong from another seller for these. The former product had a stiff, plastic-like gusset that was uncomfortable for extended wear, especially since I often transition from work to Pilates without changing outfits. In contrast, this new product is vastly superior! It's much softer, with a breathable and flexible gusset that adapts to the body, and the design is truly seam-free. These thongs have far surpassed any others I've tried, and I’m excited to make them my go-to choice! I’ve been searching for the ideal thong to wear under my wedding dress, and I can confidently say this is it. I plan on buying more so I can finally part with my old ones! The fabric is very good, and I've had the best customer service experience ever! My first pairs didn’t fit well, so I contacted them and received a quick response to address my disappointment. They placed a new order for me at no charge with pairs that fit better. That’s true customer service!

This recent order was my second since discovering this brand. I didn’t realize I needed these until I saw the ads and read reviews, and I’m so glad I switched from my previous 'no-show' thongs. These are more comfortable, higher-waisted, and fit great. My first order was an XS, which worked well, but this time I needed an S. Not sure why, but their awesome customer service resolved my issue promptly. I’ve ordered several more as I’ve decided to completely replace my current underwear. The padded feature is very nice. I highly recommend this company and their products.
