I had a great experience. Delivery took longer than expected despite paying for priority but other than that I was happy with the products and customer services was great! One of the thongs I received was damaged and they offered to send the replacement immediately. The only thing I would say is the thongs could be a touch tighter for small women like me but otherwise I like them. Will buy more.
