I ordered a $100 gift card to be sent via email to someone on December 24. Since they have broken up, I asked to redirect the card to someone else, but the company said they can’t do that. I have only communicated with AI and emails, never a live person. Customer service has been terrible. They provided a phone number, but I cannot speak to anyone. I ended up using the gift card myself with the code they sent, but now it has a $0 balance. I hope they don’t send the email to the ex.
