Holiday shoes order mishap

I ordered shoes well in advance for Christmas, expecting them to arrive on time. Unfortunately, my order was mishandled and sent elsewhere. I contacted the company, and they assured me that another pair would be sent, confirming it would arrive by the holiday. Yet again, I find myself without shoes and no delivery before Christmas. I've tried various communication methods but haven't spoken with a live representative or received any email responses. The customer service has been very disappointing.

Ordered shoes for Christmas, faced issues

I placed an order for shoes in advance for Christmas, expecting timely delivery. Unfortunately, the order got messed up and was sent elsewhere. I reached out to the company, and they promised to send a replacement pair, assuring me it would arrive by the holiday. Yet again, I have no shoes and no delivery before Christmas. I have called, emailed, and chatted, but have not been able to connect with a live person or receive any email responses. The customer service has been very disappointing.

Gift card order mishap

I ordered a $100 gift card to be sent via email to someone on December 24. Since they have broken up, I asked to redirect the card to someone else, but the company said they can’t do that. I have only communicated with AI and emails, never a live person. Customer service has been terrible. They provided a phone number, but I cannot speak to anyone. I ended up using the gift card myself with the code they sent, but now it has a $0 balance. I hope they don’t send the email to the ex.

Slippers order delayed

I ordered a pair of slippers and it’s been 5 days since they were supposed to arrive. There are no live agents available, and bots inform me they will contact me if necessary. This experience has been frustrating; I will not order from them again.

Received damaged slippers

I bought a pair of slippers as a Christmas gift, but they arrived damaged with noticeable scuff marks and scratches. I tried to initiate an exchange but couldn't reach anyone. I've sent several emails with photos, called multiple times, and even used the virtual assistant, who promised a full refund and a follow-up email. I've heard nothing since. I'm extremely frustrated and upset about not being able to get my money back. Customer service is unacceptable. Given the high price, I regret my purchase. I will now seek a refund through my credit card company and will not buy from them again.

Customer support challenges and code issues

I faced several customer service issues and ultimately chose not to complete my purchase. A previous order was lost and refunded, and I received a discount code with a 90-day window. When I attempted to use it on boots, the code was valid but wouldn't apply. Customer service misunderstood my request and suggested convoluted solutions that didn’t resolve the problem. A goodwill offer should not require numerous emails or inaccurate responses. For a premium brand, I expect better support and communication. Based on this experience, I decided not to proceed. Update: The company reached out and offered to send a complimentary pair of shoes to show appreciation. I felt that was a kind gesture. Update 2: Unfortunately, the replacement shoes were also lost in transit, which is hard to believe.

Frustrating website transaction experience

I had the worst experience with an online transaction. I tried to order one pair of shoes, but a second pair was added without my consent, and the order was processed without giving me a chance to change or cancel it. When I contacted customer service, they said they couldn't alter the order or stop delivery. Upon arrival, I was charged an additional fee for the credit card transaction. I will not use their website again.

Issues with order fulfillment

I received a subpar product made overseas; nothing about them reflects their claimed origin. The company inundates you with automated emails, but you won’t receive your item. After placing my order, I received numerous emails without tracking information, and my item never shipped. Their customer service acknowledges the AI assistant's mistakes but seems indifferent. Avoid overspending for a company that misrepresents itself.
