I bought a pair of slippers as a Christmas gift, but they arrived damaged with noticeable scuff marks and scratches. I tried to initiate an exchange but couldn't reach anyone. I've sent several emails with photos, called multiple times, and even used the virtual assistant, who promised a full refund and a follow-up email. I've heard nothing since. I'm extremely frustrated and upset about not being able to get my money back. Customer service is unacceptable. Given the high price, I regret my purchase. I will now seek a refund through my credit card company and will not buy from them again.
