I faced several customer service issues and ultimately chose not to complete my purchase. A previous order was lost and refunded, and I received a discount code with a 90-day window. When I attempted to use it on boots, the code was valid but wouldn't apply. Customer service misunderstood my request and suggested convoluted solutions that didn’t resolve the problem. A goodwill offer should not require numerous emails or inaccurate responses. For a premium brand, I expect better support and communication. Based on this experience, I decided not to proceed. Update: The company reached out and offered to send a complimentary pair of shoes to show appreciation. I felt that was a kind gesture. Update 2: Unfortunately, the replacement shoes were also lost in transit, which is hard to believe.
