It feels like they were quick to take my payment and then neglected to provide any customer support or clarity on my order's status. The contact number doesn't connect. It feels suspicious. This has been an extremely disappointing experience — I cannot recommend a retailer that lacks communication and fails to fulfill orders promptly.
