I decided to indulge in some luxurious hair extensions and purchased 6 packs of 16-inch tape-in hair. After having my hair colored, blow-dried, and treated at a salon, the hair felt straight and soft during the installation. However, when I inquired about the hair's origin, I didn’t receive a clear response. I waited four days to wash my hair, as advised, but was told the hair would expand after the first wash, which seemed strange. Unfortunately, the hair turned out to be curly and frizzy, completely mismatching my fine straight hair! I was never informed that the hair would be curly. Spending $1290.00 on this was a huge letdown!

I had my Nano extensions applied in January, and they were ready for removal for a new set (05/2025). With fine hair that doesn't grow much, I was surprised at how much my natural hair had grown once the extensions were removed. The hair remained silky throughout the process. The removal, coloring, and reapplication took about four hours, which I found to be quite fast. I absolutely love these extensions!
The company requires detailed information about your earnings to provide product information, which is quite off-putting given the prevalence of scams online. It seems strange to selectively choose customers this way. As a barber instructor with clients seeking hair loss solutions, I find this approach unprofessional. I currently offer extensions for women but will consider other options.
Being new to extensions, I decided to treat myself for my birthday. I had only used clip-ins before but wanted a more permanent solution. I am thrilled with these extensions! They are lightweight and blend perfectly with my hair. As a busy mom, I appreciate how they make my hair look fantastic without the daily effort. The stylist was exceptional, and the hair feels incredibly soft. With proper care, they last a long time. I had them redone, and the experience was once again outstanding. Highly recommend!
I purchased a microlines topper that is semi-permanently attached, and it has been a nightmare. The topper has small hairs sticking up all over, which I was told is necessary due to the attachment process. It feels terrible, and the bulky solid part in front makes it look fake. It's hot and itchy, and I couldn't wait to remove it. The hair loss during repositioning is concerning, and I hope my natural hair recovers. This was not worth the money spent, and I wouldn't recommend it.
I had nano laser hair extensions installed recently. For the high price, I expected much better quality. The hair feels coarse and is shedding excessively. It did not blend well with my already shoulder-length hair, which should have been easy. The bonds are not as small as claimed; they are bulky and sharp. They were supposed to lie flat but have started to twist and slip. After spending over two grand, I am left frustrated and disappointed.
Similar to my previous review, I hope others read this. The stylist and hair quality were disappointing. The tapes were overly shiny, and I had never experienced such poor work before. I wasn't allowed to see the hair before it was applied, and now I understand why. After washing, the hair became very curly, which is unacceptable. I wish I could get a response from a representative, as the stylist in Olympia, WA, was terrible. If the company values its reputation, they should investigate this matter.
Like a few other reviews, after my first wash following the tape-in extensions, the hair changed from straight to super curly, which I cannot manage. Additionally, the texture went from soft to dry and a bit frizzy. I was informed that no special shampoo or conditioner was needed.
