I hybrid-published two books, with Olympia publishers and I could not be more satisfied if I tried. I have a few self-published books on KDP but nobody went out of their way to help me as the staff at Olympia do. There were alot of periods of time when the author (me) had to just wait in a circling pattern as things got done and everytime this happened someone from Olympia would answer with a reassuring voice that all will be well and just to be patient. I am currently about to sign on a new book which hopefully Olympia will publish and I am sure it will also be treated with the respect the first book got. I would suggest (something I really only realized at the end of the process) that one should make a list before starting the book and write down the names of the person with whom you had contact and the date and time of the mail as there is alot of back and forth and it's easy to lost the thread you're talking on. I truly am a happy satisfied customer and having the process go so smoothly makes me sort of 'not care' as much if i sell a few or a lot of books. Like most things in life it's not about the destination it's about the journey and this was a great one.
