It's been so disappointing. Feels like there are no adults in the room. You can make whatever demands, but no one responds to you anyway — not until there's a constant stream of complaints, which is ridiculous. No one expects to become someone who is always full of resentment and complaining. Thinking of parting ways...The publication process was overdue and couldn't move forward without me pushing, pushing, pushing, which was soooo tiring..... finally it came out... now, one week into the publication day, I haven't seen my book yet, no promotion plan, no one responded to my request. Every time you complain, they will claim they care about authors' comments..... nah... they don't. No tangible actions, only empty promises.
See my earlier reviews, all of which said 'avoid'.They were quick to take my money and make promised and once they got my money they have been completely useless about everything else. They did nothing effective to promote the book, they don't respond to complaints, and every time a royalty has fallen due they do nothing until it is severely overdue and it is chased. Then there are a series of delaying tactics. They have also made a series of errors in the royalty returns - always in their favour. They never keep their promises and are unreliable on everything.I still can't decide if they are just the most inefficient, useless publisher in the world, or a deliberate scam.I can only assume the positive reviews on here are fakes.

The artwork exceeded my expectations and truly brought the story to life in a way that elevated the entire project. You can tell there was real care and talent behind the work.Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The team was professional, creative, and supportive throughout, and I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to publish their work.
Working with Olympia publishers for my book Faith over Cancer has been a brilliant experience! Every question I had was answered within a good time frame. I loved the creativity of the cover design! I am happy with the edit changes made. I am happy with the distribution of my book over numerous online book retailers. They have made publishing my book an enjoyable and easy experience. The whole process has been quick and professional. It’s been brilliant to see my book printed and available is so many online retailers, far more than I was expecting. There has already been a few restocks done and it was only released in December. The quality of the printed book is great.I have found the team to be professional and responsive.I have only given 4 stars as it would be great if the team could be contacted by phone/ teams to be able to have more in depth discussions about marketing opportunities and restocking etc.
I have published 3 books through them and I'll admit my experience has gotten better over the years. My Production Coordinator for my first book was very slow to answer my emails, that if she even answered them at all. However, the response time for the Production Coordinators for my other two books is definitely an improvement.
