Absolutely appalling service from Olympia for a book that was due to be published by Oct-23. I lodged a formal complaint with them on 26/03/24 and didnt even hear back from them. After calling multiple times I was spoken to by someone who wouldnt tell me exactly what went wrong and extremely frustratingly would only commit to Dec-24 as publishing date which is beyond belief for something that was due in Oct-23. This experience is of a 10 year old author who is completely put off writing due to this experience which is revolting as author's parents spent money to get her book published to keep her interest in writing alive.
