I’d rate them ZERO stars if possible. While they are responsive, they lie directly to your face, and I doubt they care about negative feedback. They conducted an inspection and showed me photos (though I'm unsure if they were of my property), claiming significant repairs were necessary. After paying, I requested photos of the completed work, which I was promised. I've followed up several times, but they always say they need to consult a manager. They simply don't care; they got their payment. Avoid this service.
