This service is fraudulent. After a storm, I needed a chimney cap replacement and called the number listed. A technician arrived as scheduled and quoted me $2800 for the cap replacement, which I found absurd. After ten minutes of his nonsense, I told him to leave. He then demanded $98 for the inspection, despite originally quoting $69. I wrote a check for $69, but he insisted on my credit card number, which I refused. He then insulted me, claiming I was racist. I'm not; I just recognize a scam when I see one. Avoid this service at all costs!
