After the technician left, we discovered that our deep freezer had been turned off, resulting in the loss of all the meat we had stored. To make matters worse, the garage door was never fixed.We made multiple calls requesting that they return to complete the repair, but they never responded. The only time they replied was when my bank reached out after I disputed the charge. Despite that, the company never contacted us directly, never came back to fix the issue, and I did not receive a refund.This business is dishonest and unprofessional.
