Order did not arrive after waiting 2 weeks. I've had the email to say its been delivered, but I didn't receive anything. Communication from them has been shocking/non-existent. Reading all of these reviews, I don't have much hope for getting a refund. Quite ironic that they can reply to the feedback on here (not that their response helps anyone), but clearly don't reply to customers. Avoid this retailer at all costs.
