I bought some shoes in October 2025 and they arrived damaged. Despite numerous emails requesting to return the shoes for a refund I have been ignored and finally given up. Stay away from this company, their goods and customer service are terrible.
Acting illegally in UK, no labels, state made of leather or cashmere, when pvc and viscous! Make it impossible to get your money back! DO NOT BUY just scammers! Clothes are such poor quality and not made of materials stated! They are just out for your money and screw you over. Pity I can’t give them zero stars! I’m away to make a complaint to Trading Standards and my bank.

I ordered shoes, they took over a month to come considering they call themselves Olandra London! The shoes were at least 2 sizes too big with no Size labels on either the sole or inside of the shoe. I contacted the customer service who asked me to send a picture of the size label, even though I had explained in the email that there wasn't any labels. They want me to pay to return them before they refund me. I asked for a prepaid return label and they haven't given me one. They just said they want me to send it back at my expense. They are clearly not a reputable company and have poor quality items and even worse customer service.
Steer clear of this service! They claim to be based in London, but are actually operating from China. I ordered a woolen jumper that was shown in their advertisement, but what I received was a lycra sweatshirt. It was completely different in both design and color. I ended up throwing it away since I didn't want to deal with pursuing a £25 refund. This feels like a total scam. The platform also needs to take responsibility for allowing such poor quality offerings.
I ordered a coat, but the quality was subpar and it didn't resemble the image. I requested a return and refund, but had to cover the postage, which would cost £26 (the coat was £28). They offered a 20% discount as an alternative, which I accepted, but I'm still waiting for it two months later!

It doesn't matter if they claim it's with the courier or somewhere else; I've paid for an item that hasn't arrived, and I demand my money back immediately. It's a straightforward request. I strongly advise against using this company, as they do not reflect the image they present on social media. Their customer service is appalling, and there’s no option to speak to anyone directly, whether at the company or the courier service. It feels like a scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! STEER CLEAR OF THIS SERVICE! I'd give zero stars if possible. This appears to be a fraudulent company. I mistakenly skipped my usual research and fell for this one. I ordered two pairs of cargo pants on September 18th for a party a week later (promised 3-day delivery). After six emails and numerous promises, they still haven't arrived. They've ignored me for three weeks, hoping I'll give up. I’m about to report this as credit card fraud. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR WEBSITE.
